- The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Visiting Rules") are issued by Hybernia, a.s., with its registered office in Prague 1 - Nové Město, nám. Republiky 3/4, Postal Code 11000, ID No.: 26133083, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file No. B 6255, (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") as the operator of the Hybernia Theatre (hereinafter referred to as the "Theatre").
- The Visiting Rules regulate the conditions of running of the Theatre in relation to the visitors who obtain the right to visit the Theatre on the basis of the purchase of a ticket (hereinafter referred to as the "Visitor").
- The Visitor is obliged to follow the Visiting Rules for the entire time he/she is on the premises of the Theatre.
- The Visitor is also obliged to follow the law, good manners and the rules of courtesy and decent behavior, to follow the Operator's instructions related to the organization of the performance and the running of the Theatre, the instructions of the auditorium staff and other authoritative persons, as well as any written instructions placed on the premises of the Theatre.
- The Visitor is obliged to behave in a way that does not damage the Theatre or its equipment. The Visitor is obliged to maintain a clean and tidy environment and to behave towards other persons in accordance with the principles of courtesy and good manners.
- The Visitor entering the Theatre is obliged to show a valid ticket with a verification stub. If the Spectator does not present a valid ticket, he/she will be asked to leave the Theatre and in case of refusal will be escorted out. The Theatre ticket is valid only for the date, time, performance, venue, row and seat specified on the ticket. The ticket is valid only when unmodified, undamaged, complete, i.e. with the verification stub and only entitles to one entry to the Theatre.
- Visitors with disabilities are allowed to visit the Theatre if they meet the following organizational conditions. With regard to the architectural and technical arrangement of the Theatre, it is possible to book only the end seats in the 20th and 21st rows in the auditorium, which are closest to the escape lift to the foyer, while a maximum of 4 persons with limited mobility may be present at the performance at the same time. Thus, the Visitor is obliged to notify about his/her disability to the Theatre's staff at the ticket office or contact the Theatre's sales department in advance. It is necessary to arrive at the Theatre no later than 30 minutes before the start of the performance, taking into consideration the need to provide the Visitor with limited mobility access to the Theatre premises and to the seat in the auditorium. The Operator recommends having an escort, who will be physically able to participate in the evacuation of the accompanied person. There are accessible toilet facilities for people with reduced mobility in the basement.
- The Visitor acknowledges that he/she will not be allowed to enter the auditorium after the start of the performance.
- The Operator reserves the right to refuse entry to the Theatre or to escort out any person who is under the influence of alcohol, narcotic drugs or other psychotropic substances, or who behaves in an inappropriate manner or disrupts the performance. The Operator is entitled to treat the Visitor likewise in the case he/she violates the Visiting Rules, generally valid legal regulations, instructions of the Operator, the Theatre staff or the principles of courtesy and good manners.
- The Visitors enter the Theatre at their own risk.
- The Visitor is allowed to move only in the premises of the Theatre specified by the Operator as for visitors and is not allowed to enter any private or other parts of the Theatre. Under-age Visitors or persons with a limited legal capacity may only be in the Theatre when accompanied by an adult, a legal guardian or a pedagogical supervisor who is responsible for them.
- It is forbidden to enter the premises of the Theatre with weapons, flammables or other dangerous substances or devices. Animals are not allowed in the Theatre (with the exception of guide or assistance dogs accompanying disabled persons).
- The Operator is not responsible for the lost or stolen property, except for items that have been placed by the Visitor for safekeeping in a place specially designated for this purpose, which is exclusively the cloakroom of the Theatre. The Visitor is not allowed to place weapons, dangerous objects and substances in the cloakroom, nor things that could damage other stored clothes and things or cause inconvenience to others by smell. The Operator informs the Visitor that the cloakroom is intended exclusively for the storage of items that are usually put away by the Visitors when visiting the Theatre (mainly clothes) and is not intended for the storage of items of higher value.
- The Visitor is obliged to inform the Theatre staff when he/she discovers a defect in the Theatre premises or in its equipment that threatens the safety of people or a defect that might damage property.
- The Visitor is obliged to behave in a way not disturbing the ongoing performance or event and not to disturb other visitors.
- Photography, audio and video recording is prohibited due to copyright, personality rights and consideration for other visitors. For the same reasons, the use of mobile phones during the performance is prohibited.
- In the case of an evacuation of the building, visitors are obliged to follow the evacuation plan and the instructions of the persons appointed by the Operator. The Fire Regulations, Fire Evacuation Plan and Fire Alarm Directives are posted by the Operator at each escape route.
- You may only consume food and beverages purchased on the premises of the Theatre, and only in areas designated for that purpose. Smoking is prohibited in all premises of the Theatre.
- If epidemiological measures require it, the Visitor is obliged to undergo temperature control or other measures resulting from regulations when entering the Theatre. Visitors who do not comply with the requirements specified in the regulations or show signs of illness will not be allowed to enter the Theatre and will be offered an exchange ticket for an alternative date.
- If epidemiological measures require it, the Visitor is obliged to wear a mask during the entire visit to the Theatre (except for the time of consumption, if it is allowed). He/she is also obliged to stay only in the section in which he/she has purchased a ticket and to try to respect the safety distances.
