Eva Homindová Römerová graduated from Universität Mozarteum in Salzburg, Institute for Financial and Industrial Management - MBA and subsequently obtained her Ph.D. at the University of Economics, Department of Business Economics. The topic of her dissertation was "New approaches in the management of non-profit theatres in the Czech Republic". From 2009 to 2017, she cooperated with the University of Economics, where she taught externally at the Departments of Business Economics and Arts Management.
She worked at the Leo Burnett Advertising agency, at Divadlo v Dlouhé as a producer and for almost 8 years as an administrative director at the Municipal Theatres of Prague, where she was directly responsible for finance, marketing and PR and managed production, operations and sales.
She regularly cooperates with the City of Prague on the economic evaluation of cultural organisations. In 2012, she co-founded Live City, a cultural and tourism agency.
Since 2022, she has been the director of the Hybernia Theatre. Her goal is to bring the highest quality productions to the boards of Hybernia and provide the audience with a superior experience.
