A sopranist Iva Hošpesová has been attracted to opera singing since she was a child. She later studied at the State Conservatory in Prague.
She also took the opportunity to gain experience for her further artistic career, having already become a member of ensembles devoted mainly to authentic Baroque music during her studies.
