Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data).

Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data).

Consent is always voluntary and unconditional, and therefore, even if the data subject does not provide it, he can continue to visit and use websites, online services and products to the extent that cookies are not necessary for their functionality and availability. If the use of cookies is prohibited or restricted, this may affect the functionality and availability of the operator's website and services, and all or part of the services may not be fully functional or available.
