- cash and credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Sodexo card, Edenred card, Unišek card)
- vouchers (Sodexo, Unišek, Edenred)
- benefits (Benefit plus, Benefity a.s.)
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we do not change or refund tickets.
With a ZTP/P (wheelchair user) card you can buy a ticket for 199 CZK. Discounted tickets can only be purchased through the sales department at vstupenky@hybernia.eu. The discount does not apply to your companion.
You can purchase gift vouchers online, at our ticket office or by our sales department via email vstupenky@hybernia.eu.
Gift vouchers can only be used for the performances from our own repertoire.
If you will not receive your tickets by email after ordering, we kindly ask you to check your spam or bulk inbox for them. In the case you will not find them even there, please, contact our sales department on email vstupenky@hybernia.eu.
You don't have to, just show it on your smart phone or tablet at the entrance to the theatre.

The theatre is opened an hour before the start of the performance.
We are currently selecting a new café manager for you. Keep an eye on our social networks and website for updates.
Thank you for arriving on time. If for some reason you arrive late, we cannot guarantee the seats from your tickets. From security and technical reasons, entry to the hall is possible only15 minutes after the start of the performance.
From safety reasons and the comfort of yours and the audience, children are obliged to sit on their own seats. We will be happy to lend you seat cushions, which are available in the cloakroom for an extra fee of 20 CZK.
