A concert commemorating the life and work of one of the Czech kings of melody, Karel Svoboda. The evening will feature popular, musical and film melodies by the master in novel arrangements, instrumental and a capella arrangements. The sensitive treatment of the master’s work is provided by his long-time colleague, pupil and court arranger Jiří Škorpík (4TET) and an orchestra of soloists in his original staging.
